*Florida Law allows removal of nuisance wildlife only IF it poses an immediate risk/threat to life, safety, or property. It also requires that the most humane-possible techniques be utilitized. The use of Live Traps, Snares, or Poison is as illegal as it is unethical.

*It is the responsibility of the expert to ensure compliance with the law. Wildlife detection and monitoring cameras are used to observe the animal in question, and determine if it meets the requirements to be lawfully removed.

*Cameras are camouflaged and attached typically to a tree using a secure fabric strap so that there is no risk of the equipment causing property damage. They are positioned to observe open areas or areas of dense foliage that animals prefer. They are NEVER placed in an area that might intrude on your privacy, such as doors or windows.

**It is your option to opt-out from the Wildlife Detection Camera (WDC). However, since most nuisance animals are nocturnal, we may be unable to assist with your removal request if we cannot confirm the risk/threat status of the nuisance animal which you are reporting.
